JOHN B SAWYER

John Sawyer is the Founder, Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Hemisphere Aerospace Investments. He has almost 40 years of commercial aviation trading experience.

Mr. Sawyer specializes in managing and overseeing all commercial related aspects of Hemisphere Aerospace. His responsibilities include providing strategic direction and oversight, cultivating, introducing, and performing due diligence on new initiatives, business opportunities, and interfacing directly with the company's clients. He provides the ever-critical commercial-perspective in executing HAI’s strategic vision.

He possesses expert knowledge of equipment financing terms, lease/lending structures, risk analysis, documentation procedures, securitization, asset sales, and portfolio management. He is a solution-focused decision-maker, with a strong Aviation Technical background; has the ability to motivate diverse cross-functional teams to complete projects on time and under budget, and meet or exceed all business targets in any dynamic, Domestic or International environment

Prior to co-founding Hemisphere Aerospace Investments, John served as the Chief Trading Officer for four Boutique mid-size Aircraft leasing companies, two located in Europe and two in the United States. Prior to that he was the Chief Executive Officer of Hamilton Aerospace a mid-size MRO located in Tucson, Arizona, and specialized in narrow-body, heavy overhaul & narrow-body passenger-to-freighter conversions. 

James Sprinkle

James E. Sprinkle, Jr. is the Co-Founder, Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Hemisphere Aerospace with over 35 years of commercial aviation and business management experience.

Mr. Sprinkle focuses on directing and overseeing the technical and operational related aspects of Hemisphere Aerospace. His duties include evaluating aircraft assets for acquisition, generating detailed cost analysis and work scope for aircraft / engine maintenance activities and all supporting logistics in facilitating aircraft delivery, registration, and regulatory compliance with the civil aviation authorities.

Thomas Leath

Thomas Leath is a Partner, and the Chief Business Development Officer of Hemisphere Aerospace Investments. Tom collaborates with senior leadership to identify new investors and financial relationships that support HAI's long-term growth and development.

Tom's diverse career background ranges from Movies & Film, to Caribbean real estate, social media consulting, government relations, and raising seed money for multiple entities during the dot-com boom. Tom leverages his extensive network and knowledge to create strategic as well as lucrative partnerships and opportunities for HAI and its clients.
